Current Deed Restrictions*

Sterlingwood HOA is revising the Deed Restrictions for approval later this year. *

Drafts will be made available to all residents before the vote in an open meeting. The proposed document should be a working draft to be finalized once all residents have been given the opportunity to review and respond. A link is provided below to provide any feedback

*These updates are needed to:

  • Modernize and update the Deed Restrictions from 1986.

  • Protect property values.

  • Strengthen Architectural Oversight.

  • Clarify Maintenance & Owner Responsibilities.

  • Improve Financial Stability & Transparency.

  • Align Current HOA Governance Practices.
